Solution: Try to copy & paste the registration link into a new web browser tab/window.
Question: Are you getting the spinning/loading wheel, after registering for the online class?
Solution: Close that web browser tab/window and use a new one to access the Red Cross Learning Center page (www.redcrosslearningcenter.org) to login and view the videos.
Question: Are you getting spinning/loading wheel when trying to access the videos?
Solution: Try to clear their browser history, cookies, etc. and try again.
If after trying all these options, please contact Red Cross IT Department directly.
