2. Type your username

3. Click on SIGN IN

4. Type password and click Sign In

5. You will be automatically routed to NetEngage/ClearCo

6. Read through the 2024 Wellness and Engagment Survey

7. Review and Complete both Wellness and Engagement sections

You will need to type in your responses before you submit them. 

8. Click on SUBMIT
