Welcome to the Dashboard! Here, you can keep track of your personal work goals, one-on-one meetings, performance metrics, tasks, and private notes. As a supervisor, manager, or director, you'll also have access to your team's information and tasks linked to their performance.

In the Task section, you'll discover all the open reviews awaiting your attention as the manager. It's your hub for staying on top of crucial evaluations and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

8. To open a Review, click on Complete a Review.

9. This is where you will complete your employees Introductory (6- Month) Review. 

The Introductory Review is broken down into four parts: Attachments/Add Review Files, Competencies, VOASELA Values, and Review Feedback.

This is section is not mandatory. However, if you have documents or notes from an employees regarding their performance to justify the reviewing rating, please add here.

In this section, your task is to compile both positive feedback, highlighting areas of excellence, and constructive feedback, pinpointing areas for improvement, to guide the employee's growth and development

14. The final step involves your attestation to the review. Before submitting, ensure that all necessary boxes are checked, confirming the thoroughness and accuracy of the assessment

15. You have the option to Close, Save As Draft, and Submit Review. 

If you click on "Close," your responses won't be saved. To preserve your progress, select "Save As Draft." Once you're content with your review responses and ready to finalize, simply click on "Submit Review." This ensures that your feedback is accurately recorded and processed

 After submitting the review, the employee will receive an email confirmation acknowledging its completion. As leaders, it's essential that we engage in discussions with employees about their reviews before final submission. This ensures transparency and alignment, fostering constructive communication and mutual understanding of expectations and goals.
