This will show you how to check your voicemail from your desk phone for Polycomm Soundpoint 331 model phones.

Step 1: Press the Menu button

Step 2:  Select Features by pressing the  button (middle of the phone)

Step 3:  Select Message by pressing the  button (middle of the phone)

Step 4:  Select Message Center by pressing the  button (middle of the phone)

Step 5:  You will then be prompted to put in your Ring Central PIN number.  If you do not have a PIN number, please see How To Setup Your Ring Central Account.
