Step By Step Directions
Step 1: Go to http://support.voasela.org/
Step 2: In the top right corner, click on the Sign In link
Step 3: Sign in under the Login to the Support Portal area. If you don’t have a FreshService account, you can click on the Sign Up button below. If you have an account but have forgotten the password, you can click on the Forgot your password link.
Step 4: Once signed in, click on New Ticket in the top right corner
Step 5: Fill out all necessary fields on the form and once done, press the Submit button
Step 6: You can view and manage tickets you have submitted by click on the Tickets button in the top menu
Special Notes
Here are some tips on submitted an effective support ticket:
- Provide a detailed Subject for the issue
- Provide a detailed description of the issue you are having such as (who is the person having the issue, what exactly is the issue)
- If you are having a technology related issue, please attach a screenshot using the “Attach a file” link
- Provide a call back number if you need someone to contact you
