Video Directions








Step 1:  Login to your Ring Central account by going to:   https://service.ringcentral.com/



Step 2:  Click on Call Handling Rules





Step 3:  Under the Call Handling & Forwarding section, type in the number that you want your desk phone calls to be forwarded to, change the Ring For to 2 Rings / 10 Secs, and make sure the Active button is blue




Step 4:  Using the :: on the left hand side, take your mouse, told down the left mouse button and drag the forward number above your desk number.  Once done, the order should be:  Forwarded Number > Desk Number.  Then press the Save button.



Side Note:  You can turn this forwarding feature off by click on the Active button in the forwarded number area until it slides in Off or you can delete the number.
