Special Note:  Prior to downloading this mobile app, you will need an account on the VOA Support Portal.  If you don't have one, please visit support.voaslea.org to set one up.  Once there, click on Sign Up and then create your account (in the event that you already have an account, click on Forgot Password and reset your password).

 


Step 1:  On your mobile device go to the app store and search for “Freshservice” and download the app (the following is an example from the iPhone)

 

 


 

 

Step 3:  Once downloaded, select the Freshservice app icon

 

 

 


Step 4:  At the helpdesk URL screen, please enter: support.voasela.org

 

 

 


Step 5:  Type in your account information (e-mail address and password for the VOA Support Portal)

 

 

 


Step 6:  Click on the Allow button

 


Step 7:  Once logged in, click the + circle

 

 

 

Step 8:  You can click on either “Report Incident” if you have an issue or problem that you need help with or you can click on “Request Item” if you need to submit a technology order, a SELA Account, or request a software license.
