Overview


This how to guide will show users how to check and release emails in Go Secure.



 

Directions


Step 1. Log into Go Secure.

Step 2. Once logged in you must verify that you are in the message’s sections located at the top tab.

Step 3. You will see a list of emails that have been caught by the spam filter. This email list can show a list of all emails that were caught in the spam filter in the last 30 days.

Step 4. Locate your email and click the release button.

Step 5. You will receive the following message indicating that the selected email will be delivered to your inbox. If this is the correct email, select Ok.

Step 6. Check your Outlook Inbox and your selected email will appear.
