Step 1. Go to this URL: https://primecaretech.email-protect.gosecure.net/console/ and click on "Click here to sign up" under First time user?
Step 4. Enter your VOA email address and create a password. Once information has been entered in the sections, Click Signup.
Step 5. Next, you will receive a message stating that an email confirmation has been sent to your email address. You must complete the activation process by verifying the email.
Step 6. Once email is received, click the link and the email and log in with the credentials you have created.
