Overview
Please note that agency email signature shall not include pictures, logos, quotes, sayings, psalms, or stationery other than a solid white background. Signature font will be in black only except for when an item is hyperlinked such as with our social media listings. You may use Tahoma or Calibri for your body copy font, based on your preference.
Listed below are step by step instructions on how to setup or modify an email signature via Microsoft Outlook. Any questions should be directed to Michelle Hebert, Director of Marketing and Public Relations, at (504) 486-8667 or Mhebert@voasela.org.
Directions
Step 1: Inside Outlook, open a New Email:
Step 2: Click Signature in the center panel, then Signature again.
Step 3: If starting from scratch, select New and give your signature a name. If you have an existing signature, click that named signature.
|
Step 4: Inside the Signature and Stationary box, you will need to copy the signature listed below and then right click inside the signature box. Select to “Keep Source Formatting” in order to retain the hyperlinks. Now, simply update the copy with your specific information. The font is Tahoma and size is 10. All the blue copy is already hyperlinked to the correct web address.
On this same screen, you will choose which messages you would like the signature to be used. You can select New Messages and/or Replies/Forwards by selecting the signature you just named in Step 3 from the drop-down menu.
Click OK and close the blank email you opened in Step 1.
