Setup VOA E-mail On iPhone or iPad (iOS)
Step 1: From your iPhone home screen, press the Settings icon
Step 2: Mail
Step 3: Press Accounts and select Add Account
Step 4: Select Exchange
Step 5: Enter your VOA e-mail address. For Description, type in VOA E-mail
Step 6: Under the Account area, type in the following (see the screenshot for an example):
- E-mail: Your full VOA e-mail (example: [email protected])
- Server: webmail.voa.org
- Domain: voa
- Username: Your SELA account username (example: jsmith)
- Password: Your SELA Account password or e-mail password
Step 7: Once all the correct information is typed in, press Done
Setup VOA E-mail On Android
Step 1: On your phone, go to Settings
Step 2: Go to Accounts, then Add Accounts
Step 3: Select Exchange
Step 4: Enter your full e-mail address, then select Manual Setup
Step 6: Under E-mail setup, make sure you have the following:
- Email: Your full e-mail address
- Password: Your e-mail password
- Client certificate: None
- Domain\Username: voa\[your username]
- Port: 443
- Security Type: SSL/TLS
Step 7: Press Next. After pressing next, your e-mail should start to sync on your phone.
