Step 1: Double click on the Citrix shortcut on your desktop or type in https://voa.primecloud.com/
Step 2: At the Citrix login screen, enter in your username and password. Press Log On
Step 3: A new window will appear asking you to enter your token code.
Step 4: Open up the FortiToken mobile app on your cell phone and enter in the unique code. (Sidenote: If you don’t see it, press on the eye. Remember, this code will change each time you login).
Step 5: Enter in the 6-digit number that you see on the FortiToken mobile app, then press Submit.
