Step 1: Double click on the Ring Central Phone System shortcut on your desktop or you can type it into a web browser by going to https://service.ringcentral.com
Step 2: Log into the Ring Central web portal.
Step 3: Once logged in, Select the Voicemail option.
Step 4: You will then be brought to the Voicemail Greeting window. In this window you can either leave it as the default voicemail or customize it. To play the default voicemail click the play button.
Step 5: If you would like a custom voicemail, select Custom from the dropdown menu.
Step 6: Once Custom is selected, you will be given the option to record your customized voicemail greeting. In order to do so, you can type in any phone number (your cell phone number or your Ring Central number) in the Call me at section and select the Call now option.
Step 7: You will receive a call from your Ring Central number, answer the call and create your voicemail greeting. Once complete, end the call and click done.
