Step 1: Log into your laptop or desktop with your current VOA SELA credentials.
Step 1a: (Optional): If you are a remote worker, work off-site, or at a work site that does not have a PrimeCare firewall, you will need to login into VPN before proceeding to Step 2.
Step 2: Once logged into the computer, press and hold the following keys simultaneously: CTRL, ALT, DEL
Step 3: Next, you will be brough to a menu with multiple options. In this case select the “Change a Password” option.
Step 4: You will then be required to change your password. The username section is auto filled, but if it is not, type the following: VOA\username (I.e., VOA\lpacknett). In the next section enter your current SELA password. Once that is completed, enter your newly created SELA password.
Special Note: Please be advised that the password length is 12 characters long, it must contain at least 1 uppercase letter, have at least 1 number, and 1 special character. Once the password is entered, type your newly created password a second time in the “Confirm Password” section and click the arrow next to it.
Step 5: Once completed you will receive a message stating that your password has been changed. Click OK and you will be logged into the computer with your new password.
