Step 1:  Click on the Reset Password link on the CareLogic login page

Step 2:  Enter in voasela under Account and your username, then click on the Send Verification Code button

Step 3:  After a few minutes, check your @voasela e-mail account for the CareLogic Web Verification Code, copy that code or write it down

Step 4: Paste in or type in the verification code in the box and click on Verify Code

Step 5:  Select the Reset Password and Signature option, then enter in your new password under the New Password option and the Confirm New Password option.  Also, enter in your new signature in the New Signature and Confirm New Signature.   Once done, click on Submit.

Please note the new password policy:

  • It cannot be the same as the user's current password
  • It cannot be similar to the user's identity data
  • It cannot have more than two repeated characters
  • It must be between 8 and 255 characters
  • It must have at least one of the following characters from each row below:
    1. 1234567890
    2. abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz
    3. ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ
    4. ~!@#$%^&*()_-+={}[]|:;,.<>/?
  • The password will expire every 180 days

Step 6:  If successful, you’ll see a “Your new password and new signature was updated” message
