Step 1: Click the Sign in button

Step 2:   Enter in your VOASELA e-mail address and click the Next button

Step 3:   Enter in your VOA SELA account password, then click sign in





 

Step 4:  When you see the box that says ‘Stay signed in to all your apps’, uncheck the box above Allow my organization to manage my device, then press OK


 

 

 

 

Step 5:   You’ll then see another pop up box saying More information required. Microsoft is requiring 2-factor authentication in order to allow you to sign in. Click Next

Step 6:   Next, you’ll see a box that says ‘Keep your account secure’. Do NOT click Next. Click ‘I want to set up a different method’

Step 7:   Under Choose a different method, Select Phone

Step 8:   In the next box, type in your cell phone number (do not type in your Ring Central number), and make sure that the Receive a code bubble is selected. Then click Next



 

 

 

Step 9:   You should receive a 6 digit code via text message. Type this code into the text box and click Next




 

Step 10:   If you typed the code in correctly, you’ll see that the Verification has completed with a green check mark icon. Click Next

Step 11:   In the next box, click Done
