Step 1: Open your Google Chrome browser and go to the link https://training.knowbe4.com/ui/login
Step 2: Enter your voasela.org email address in the text box
Step 3: Click Next
Step 4: Type your password into the textbox. If you forgot your password, skip to step 6
Step 5: Click Log In, and you will be redirected to your KnowBe4 account dashboard. If you are not, follow steps 6-12.
Step 6: (OPTIONAL) If you forgot your password to login to KnowBe4, click the Forgot your password? link
Step 7: Enter your voasela.org email address in the text box
Step 8: Click Send me reset password instructions
Step 9: Check your voasela.org email inbox for an email from [email protected] with password reset instructions. Open this email, and click the Reset my password link inside of the email
Step 10: Once the link opens inside of your browser, type your new password in the first textbox, then re-type your new password in the second textbox.
Step 11: Click Reset my password
Step 12: You should be automatically logged into your KnowBe4 dashboard. If you aren't, check and make sure you typed the new password in correctly in both textboxes.
