Step 1: Go to https://webmail.voa.org/owa/auth/logon.aspx
Step 2: At the login screen, enter in your domain\username and password (this is the same as your SELA Account. Please make sure to put voa\ in front of your username).
Example:
Username: voa\jsmith
Password: Enter in your VOA SELA password
Step 3: Once logged in successfully, you will be able to access your e-mail.
