You can use these steps to ensure that your contacts are synced over to Outlook from the Outlook application

Step 1: Open the Outlook application

Step 2: Once the Outlook application is open click on the icon which will be the initial of your first name, located in the top left corner next to “Inbox”

Step 3: Once you are brought to the next screen, click the setting icon on the bottom left corner

Step 4: On the next screen, click the contacts button

Step 5: On the next screen, if the “Save Contacts” button is turned off, click it to turn on

Step 6: Once the “Save Contacts” button has been toggled on, click “Save to my iPhone”
