00:05: You can use the request a new service to request items such as ordering a new computer or creating a new employee account.

00:30: Under "Do You Have Your Supervisor's Approval" you can select "Yes" if you do

00:42: Click the Name Of Employee The Equipment Will Be Assigned To and type in their name

00:49: Click the field How Many Do You Need? and enter in the number of items you'll need

00:55: Click the date field to select the desired delivery date.

01:03: Click your desired department, we'll select Central Administration Office

01:08: Next select the department, we'll use Resource Development & Marketing

01:14: Under location, select the appropriate address of your programs or departments location

01:21: Click on the Fund Code To Charge field box and enter in the fund code that this should be charged to

01:28: Click the field Any Additional Information to provide extra details about your request

01:34: Finally, click the "Place Request" button to submit your service request for processing.
