00:00: This module guides you through logging into the VOA Support Portal via the web.
00:06: Before starting, ensure you have your username and password for the support portal ready to access. You can reach the portal by typing in: support.voasela.org in any web browser. If you don't have your account information, you can always use the "Forgot Password" option after clicking Sign In
00:25: Click the "Sign in" button to begin accessing the VOA Support Portal.
00:31: Click the "Email" field and enter in your VOA SELA e-mail address
00:37: Click the "Password" field and enter in your password for the VOA Support Portal (remember this is different from your VOA SELA account password)
00:46: Click the "Sign in" button.
00:49: You will know you have logged in successfully by clicking on your profile and seeing the Edit Profile (where you can updat your profile) or logout of the account.
